Demolition of the Original
Thomson Honors Center

photo album

Just five days after our final graduating class of the millennium marched in May, on 25 May 2000 the original Robert B. Thomson Honors Center was demolished as part of the Memorial Union Expansion Project.  These photographs, taken by fourth-year studio art major and Honors student Bernice Cross provide a graphic chronicle of that event.  Thanks to Professor of Psychology Alan Stubbs for scanning the photographs and converting them to a usable format for our photo album.
